We have Quarterly Self-Love Days at NSCW, and this quarter is a Self-Love Walk in the Park. We will meet at a nearby park and enjoy a time of self-care, mindfulness, and connection.

Join us for an afternoon of gentle movement, meditation, and discussion about the power of self-love.

We welcome everyone of all ages (children can ride their bikes, and babies can ride in strollers).

Free parking in the available lot. Bring your own towel and water.
