Walk Talk Therapy
Walk Talk Therapy is a more relaxed environment than the counseling office. It is a great way to jump start or support a fitness routine or active lifestyle. Walking while sharing your struggles and life situations can also be meditative.

Individual Therapy
Our experienced and licensed sex therapists provide personalized care, specialized treatment and education for individuals, couples, and families on a range of issues related to sexual health and intimacy, such as low desire, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, inability to orgasm, challenges with penetration and female sexual pain.
Are you going through a difficult stage or season in life. Transitioning jobs, locations, relationships, or roles in life can lead to stress or anxiety, talking to someone may be helpful. Counseling can help you process through all the changes that are occurring.

Monday: 4:00 pm-6:00 pm
Tuesday-Thursday: 10:00 am-6:00 pm
Friday: 4:00 pm- 6:00 pm
Saturday- 11am- 2:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
Our office observes and closes for all major holidays.
