How Can We Help You?

Pre-Marital Coaching

Are you interested in fine tuning your relationship, and want to learn skills to take your relationship from good to great before walking down the aisle to forever?

Couples Coaching

You need something to change, and your relationship is hanging on by a thread. In the past week, has one of you contemplated divorce?

At NSCW we do not accept insurance for couples or coaching services, this allows you the added benefit of not having to be diagnosed with a mental health condition or illness to utilize insurance.

Walk Talk Therapy

Individual Therapy

Walk Talk Therapy is a more relaxed environment than the counseling office. It is a great way to jump start or support a fitness routine or active lifestyle. Walking while sharing your struggles and life situations can also be meditative.

Services with an Associate/Intern

Our experienced and licensed sex therapists provide personalized care, specialized treatment and education for individuals, couples, and families on a range of issues related to sexual health and intimacy, such as low desire, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, inability to orgasm, challenges with penetration and female sexual pain.

Are you going through a difficult stage or season in life. Transitioning jobs, locations, relationships, or roles in life can lead to stress or anxiety, talking to someone may be helpful. Counseling can help you process through all the changes that are occurring.

Workshops/Seminars

While in the temporarily licensed stage of licensure, an LPC-associate's services often cannot be paid by insurance. Therefore, associates tend to have lower "cash pay" rates than LPCs you also, have the added benefit of not having to be diagnosed with a mental health condition or illness to utilize insurance.

Groups, Workshops and Seminars may be held for your organization to fit your specific needs.

The PREPARE/ENRICH Program can be facilitated in group format with the same benefits to participants.

Workshops and Seminars can be presented on topics to fit your group's or organizations needs.
